I led the structuring, design, sever and hosting configuration, front-end build and CMS custom development of a web platform for the newly created Mixed Migration Centre.

The project represented a consolidation of five existing regional web platforms, including all their archived media and resources, into one global web platform. Responsibilities included information management, usability, and digital strategy.
The project features full social media integration and a sophisticated knowledge library. The Mixed Migration Centre digital platform has been very well received, and praised by numerous partners and stakeholders.
