As the Web and Social Media Management Officer at this Rome-based UN agency, I was responsible for leading a communications team to upgrade the corporate website by improving responsiveness, accessibility, lateral user flows, information hierarchy coherence as well as managing the addition of multilingual functionality and content.

I also planned and implemented a social media strategy that achieved notable audience growth on key channels through increased video and motion graphics, key influencers, as well as gamification tactics.
